My strengths
- (Scott's) character allows others to trust & depend on him, to be inspired, and work well with him.
- (Scott) sees potential in things and then is driven to act on it.
- Scott's greatest strength is his confidence in his actions, words and decisions. It creates an aroma of vision that one is drawn to follow.
- (Scott) is extremely committed to his beliefs
Things I need to work on
- A stubbornness which can present as his opinion is right, but working to present his opinion so others would feel open to share their thoughts, input, and not feel only one opinion matters could help develop this part of his nature.
- Could be more sensitive to others' feelings
- Scott's greatest weakness is his self-assurance which sometimes lessens his curiosity about other ideas or people.
- Sometimes his honesty overrides his consciousness of how peers are feeling

General Comments
- Scott is the best. He is strong and such a determined leader. He speaks boldly and wisely.
- Understand the difference between "confidence in your actions" and "holier than thou". You're a great guy. This was more challenging than I thought - which should say something.
- Scott is loyal and protective about the people he cares most about. He takes the initiative to get things done, and he is super dependable. - You rock. Don't change your personality. God has created you with a special kind of boldness and reliability.
- The best thing Scott could do for his professional career is to continue to place himself in situations where he does not know what to do, where he will fail and where he has to ask for help. Since Scott is gifted so well, I believe It would bring more humility in how he leads. He will have to intentionally put himself in those positions because most things do come natural for Scott. I see Scott leading and training new members in a company, so growing in areas of compassion and finding areas where all people are similar would be great for Scott. He has quite the package of skills to lead well, and to do so with a great heart and mind behind him as well. Humility will be his greatest asset to his skill-set and potential.
- Your intelligence and knowledge of detail will be an advantage in any given role you take on. Leadership roles maybe easier to handle because your skills and talents may make you impatient with leaders who do not have your ability to see an overall picture and the details. Working on presenting an openness to others thoughts and ways will help those you work with feel important and may help you be comfortable with multiple ways to accomplish a specific task. You are good at letting others know you care about them, never lose this trait, always work to keep this trait and continue to find ways to develop it more.
- Solid. Want you on my team. Unrealized leadership potential. High integrity.
