Myers Briggs Personality Type
I am an INTJ; Introvert, Intuitive, Thinking and Judging. As an INTJ I am high in originality and have a great drive for implementing my ideas and achieving my goals. I have very high standards of competence and performance for myself and others, which can sometimes come off as a weakness due to being impatient in situations that I am highly knowledgable in. I like to develop ideas on my own and have solutions fully solved before I present my ideas to a group, but I am open for change and can recognize when someone else's idea is better. I like to evaluate information as I am taking it in and do not save much space for irrelevant facts in my memory. I like to do things that I know I will succeed in, but I achieve the most growth when I am faced with a challenge that I am not completely sure about. Personal relationships and social norms do not come naturally to me, and I am not comfortable with publicly expressing deep emotion. That means that the select few personal relationships that I put my time into are very important to me and are something that I work very hard at to maintain. I think through things delicately before I say them and even take into consideration the small details in my tone of voice, phrasing, and facial expressions. Others identify me as being confident, robust, stable, and good at communicating.
